Player's Complaint
Hello. I sent $850 deposit to DafaBet Casino on 29.03.2019. The money was debited from my Skrill account, but didn 't go into the casino account. I can confirm this with a screenshot of the money transfer. I went into my account at the casino and saw that my transfer status is "failed". I recorded it and I can also provide this with screenshot. It means the casino got information about my deposit. I think that the casino received my deposit, but did not credit it to my account. I reached out to support of casino for help. I wrote to them on April 2, April 04, April 08, April 18, April 20, April 24. Casino tell me that I have to make another deposit. But why? My money was debited from my Skrill.
Recently, I wrote a letter to support of casino, where I explained my position in detail. On August 29, I received a response that support did not have access to transactions that were more than 3 months ago. Support can 't help me, so I 'm contacting you. You recommend Dafabet Casino for the play, I hope together we resolve my problem.
