Dafabet - I dont have my withdrawal

I requested a withdrawal from my account, when I saw that I did not have it, I asked the support chat, they told me that they did not have any withdrawal in their systems and that I would send evidence to the email of [email protected], I did it, they responded immediately and they told me that they were going to scale it, hours after that I got an email asking for a photo of my identification, I sent it to them, the next day I requested a status of my verification (to the support chat) and they told me that they had nothing , to send an email (mentioned above) about my situation, so I did, after 3 days, I asked the support chat again about the withdrawal status and they told me that it was already approved, however in my dafabet account it was still pending to which the agent told me to send an email about my situation, so I did, and they answered that they were going to check it with the corresponding area that they would contact me, after that, I received another email from dafabet requesting other documentation , l I sent it also, 3 days passed and I asked them (to the mentioned email) the status of my withdrawal and they indicated again that the assigned area is checking it and that they will contact me, however the support chat tells me that my withdrawal is already authorized and check my ewallet and now I am in this loop where the support chat tells me that it is already approved but it appears pending and the email support only tells me that they are already checking it, help me !!!
