I played for the last time, on January 7. And it 's been two months since I 'm trying to get my winnings!
I receive the same messages from the casino regarding my winnings:
"Is still pending because it is still being reviewed by our payment team."
There is a reasonable time frame for obtaining a withdrawal. I 've never expected a withdrawal so long as I wait. I think I have the right to receive interest for using money from the casino. If they don 't want to give away my money now, they have to make up for the delay.
I ask you to remind the casino of their obligations and responsibilities. I want the casino to complete the verification and send me my winning immediately. Thanks in advance.
My problem is solved. The casino withdrew my funds. The complaint can be closed. Thank you !
