Player's Complaint

Hello. I can't get my withdrawal. Casino refuses to give me the money. My first and last name can be abbreviated or full. The abbreviated name and surname together consist of two words. My full name and last name together consist of four words. I entered an abbreviated first and last name in the casino. I use abbreviated first and last names in normal life. I should not write full data when I specify data by registering with different companies. I don't use my full name in my life. In Mexico, a person's name can consist of ten words. You cannot specify all of them when registering.

When I registrated in the casino, I gave an abbreviated first and last name. When I wanted to get withdrawal, I provided documents for verification. The documents contain my full name. Based on the fact that the data do not match, the casino refused to verify. I asked them to change my registration details in my personal account, they agreed to do it. I provided some more documents to confirm the veracity and correctness of my data. It was 2 months ago. The casino hasn't changed my data so far. They don't give away my winnings. I lose all hope but hope for your help.
