I would like to complaint on this Dafabet casino unfair treatment to me as a VIP player. I made a lot of deposits on my account and lost every single penny that i have spent. So i talked with the live chat representative to try and ask for a VIP bonus. However, everytime that i requested for the VIP bonus they will reject it again and again. They asked me to keep increasing my casino activities in order to be qualified for thr VIP Bonus. The problem is that, everytime that they asked me to deposit more and more i did increased my deposit transactions. They have done this to me for more than 20 times already with the same excuse of asking me to deposit more. How is this a fair gaming business? I just dont understand. There was one time i deposited more than MYR1000 in a day after i had lost all of my deposits on that day i tried requesting for the VIP bonus. I thought that maybe they would be a little considerate since i had lost more than MYR1000 in just one day. However, they still rejected my request and still asking me to increase my transactions. How is this possible? How can you still ask a player to make more deposits just to claim for a single VIP bonus when the player had already lost more than MYR1000 in a day? They have been gaining net profit from all my deposits yet they still asked me to deposit more as if i did not spend a lot of money to them already. Is this how a VIP player should be treated? What kind of benefits are there for me as a VIP Player with this kind of services? Clearly there is nothing good for me being in the VIP club since nothing would be given to me while they take every penny that i spent on this casino. I hope you can help me on this issue by taking some actions on this Dafabet casino cause they have been providing services that are based on their own benefits without even thinking about their clients. They would just ignore my complaints when i asked them how can they reject my request every single time. They would not explain it to me and just say that my account has been checked and there is no available VIP bonus for me. Please help and take some regulatory actions on this Dafabet Casino
