Hello, I sent a request to withdraw my funds in the amount of 2447 (USD) on December 13. I have read Dafabet rules and conditions of use. I understand that they don 't work on holidays and weekends. I understand that they can conduct additional verification of my account. But I waited more than two weeks. It 's a very long time. In addition, the casino rules do not specify a maximum withdrawal period. It surprises me. I thought Dafabet a respected casino. I ask to contact with Dafabet Casino to speed up the withdrawal of my money.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no relevant response. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
All we can suggest is that you contact Dafabet's regulator the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission.
