Found for the Player - Dasist Casino have decided to void this player's win based on a conclusion of "card counting" that they have insufficient data to prove. Alongside having insufficient data to prove this claim, their terms do not define the consequences where card counting is detected meaning that the operator is making up rules to justify their actions and card counting in offline casinos - the most reasonable situational comparison - results in the player being barred, but does not legally justify non-payment of winnings.

Player's Complaint

I played just a few times for few hours at Dasistcasino.com and first I won a little bit, then lost 0.3BTC, then wanted to get it back so tranferred 0.6BTC, played a bit more and got really lucky - all together had 3.47 BTC in my account. So then I wanted to take some of it out. They requested documents, I sent them all and they verified them. I then was conversing with live support members several times regarding my cashout and they reassured me that they will transfer it to me ASAP as their manager had to approve it first. After 4 days from my attempt to withdraw they closed my account without paying out anything. Not even the funds I had transferred. When I asked them about it they accused me of fraud, but refused to explain on what basis. I did not do anything fraudulent, I was just playing like I usually do and did not have multiple accounts or anything like that.

Firstly I want to offer my apologies that this has taken so long to provide further information on. Including your own there have been several complex issues over the last 6 months involving this license holder that it has taken time to iron out.

I've reviewed your case in detail. Having looked at your play, I think it is highly likely that you were engaged in Card Counting. This is a practice that is specifically prohibited within the casino operator's terms and conditions.

However, the data sample is small and insufficient to prove that your betting was correlating with the count with certainty.

That being the case the operator has agreed to pay your win in this instance, but from this point on you should consider yourself banned from Dasist casino and any other operator running on the Direx N.V. license/SoftSwiss platform.

Your balance will be added to your account at the beginning of March. Please check then and let us know when you've received your funds.

Hi piktanosis,

I've finally concluded a very long conversation with Dasist casino's representative regarding this issue. Our position on this issue has not changed, that being that the operator has insufficient evidence to prove with certainty that you were Card Counting and even if that could be concluded with certainty, their term's are inadequately clear regarding the consequences of such a violation.

Unfortunately the operator have changed their position and decided that they will not pay you.

As a consequence of this we've move Dasist Casino to our Blacklist.
