hi,

i deposited 20 euro and took the 100% bonus.

the agbs tells me that you start to play with you real money.

i never used the 20 bonus and had a win with my real money of 94 euro, so i was at 114 euro plus the 20 bonus.

now i was told that if i wanne pay out i just am able to pay out 20 euro and all is cancelled. i think they dont know by themselves what to tell me, cause they say this and the next person this. nobody could explain anything yet, so i need help.

i never used or was able to use the bonus money so its logical untouched.

you cant wager something u never used. the agbs says that when a player wanne pay out before playing with the bonus the bonus and the winnings of the bonus money will be cancelled.

and thats what i want, nothing else. the agents doesnt get this. they allways say the bonus has to be wagered or i lose my winnings, they dont get that its with my real money. i have a copy, but its on german.
