Hi my account was closed by dasistcasino because I abused bonuses In their opinion but complaint isnt about that
Complaint is about the profits that are remained in my account Dasistcasino asked me to deliver details about my Bank and documents to proof my address and identity I have tried to sent them via email and everytime I have gotten response from Microsoft that the casinos email is full and I cannot send any emails to it I tried everything chat told me to do excample clear browser data close my email turn off my device and nothing worked After I told the chat agent nothing worked and tried to find solutions to the problem she just closed the chat So now we are in position that I cant get my money and they arent helping me so could you
