Declined - The Curacao licenses do not require operators to carry over self-exclusions to other properties on the license. They are single property exclusions.

Player's Complaint
Based on the multiple times i have contacted direx nv casinos to close my accounts due to jurisdiction and mental health issues, i was able to deposit over 600usd in different direx nv casinos. I have been telling them to block me from all their casinos as i have a mental disorder and backedup by medical certificate. My legal counsel has also issued a demand letter regarding my case. I have included direx nv customer support stating that they have barred me from all sub licenses but not true.

Unfortunately this is not an issue that we can help you with.
The operators you are complaining about are Curacao licensed - there is no license provision that would require them to carry over a self-exclusion to any property other than the one it is registered at.
Beyond this, if you have already had a legal representative contact the operator there is zero chance that the company will subsequently discuss the complaint with us.
Sorry we cannot be of further help.
