Hi Butcherboy2 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you in this situation. When you accept a bonus you are agreeing to the terms and conditions associated with this bonus. In this instance Diamond Club VIP carry the following term:

"This bonus is given in good faith by DiamondClubVIP in order to familiarize yourself with what we have to offer, therefore, the winnings for this bonus are set to a maximum of ten (10X) times your first deposit."

The term is clear and the operator are within their rights to enforce it. Your play with other brands is not relevant.

You should also be aware that as a UK citizen you should only be playing with UKGC licensed operators. Diamond Club VIP do not have a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your play.

Sorry we couldn't be of more help.
