As you've failed to respond there really is no way I can either identify your account or fix this issue. There really is no purpose to posting a complaint if you're not going to take the time to follow up with additional information when needed.

Due to your failure to communicate, there really is no justifiable way to give WhiteBet a negative report and as such this complaint will be marked as 'Resolved'.

If you are unhappy with this you can feel free to get back in contact with us when you are ready, though I suspect that there will be a limited time frame in which WhiteBet will be able to credit sign-up bonus additional free spins.
