Player's Complaint

The currency owed breaks up in 3 different ways.

1. They are refusing to let me withdrawal my money and have closed my account. $3000 total

2. I closed my account due to issues with gambling. Reopened it and asked for a $7000 weekly limit to be set. The casino allowed me to deposit $16400 in one day, and also $28000 in one week. Possible funds $21000

3.Casino deposit were always in Aud and it said it would charge Aud on account. When I looked for $1000 deposit, I was charged in-between $1040-$1070 each time. Estimated cost $3000-4000

I've spoken to Dinkum Pokies who have provided the following response:

i) The delay in processing your withdrawal was due to your not having completed the verification process. Once you provided the requested documentation your withdrawal was processed.

ii) The deposit totals you list were made before you requested the $7k weekly limit. You have not been able to deposit more than $7k since this request.

iii) The operator are not responsible for the fees charged by the intermediary banks that the funds are routed through between yourself and them. They cannot provide information on what these will be beforehand as this is not information they know.
