Hello,

i have requested a withdrawal of 500 AUD on the 14 th of July, my documents were approved but until now my withdrawal is still as "requested" status and nothing is done.

I have deposited more before winning that amount, i keep asking by mail how is my withdrawal going on but they keep saying it will be processed now for weeks, yesterday she told me the financial department said it will be done yesterday but it is not. I wrote them today to remind it but i still do not have any reply. I feel like they are lying and trying to not pay me until i give up. If you need proofs, i can send you the mails i receive and the screen shot of my pending withdrawal of the 14th July, i did it today.

Should i call my bank and make an opposition to every deposit i made there cause they do not seem serious and honest to me at all?

Please help me!

Hello,

i received my money today after more than 3 weeks of waiting in total.

I do not recommend this casino even if they paid me out. They are not organized and it is not normal that the player has to run after them to be paid out or to have to make a complaint to receive his founds.

I also forgot to mention that 2 deposits were taken out from my card and not added into my player account, i had to send proofs and run after them to get them back on my account.
