Player's Complaint

Hi I was placing bets on the slots machines with a casino called Don's casino online, I won 3600 euro and was pending withdrawal with documentation which I sent, then after a few days I deposited again and won another 8000 euro, so because i could only have one withdrawal at a time i cancelled my 3600 withdrawal and added the 8000 to that so i was withdrawing 11600 and that also was pending, again later on after a couple of days I deposited 130 euro and played with this while my 11600 was pending and then because I breached the terms and conditions by placing a bet the same amount as my deposits they cancelled my winnings and put 130 euro back into my account and explained in a brief message that I have been refunded my deposit after breaching the terms and conditions, I complained tried to withdraw the 130 and they have also cancelled that and removed all evidence from my transaction history, balance and game history, I wouldn't mind but I spent a lot of money on deposits on the thought of getting my winnings, please help me with my complaint I have some photographic evidence and emails to prove this and to take as high as I possibly can, thankyou, if it helps my username is [EDIT], email is [EDIT] and the casino is Don's casino

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
