Hi, the casino Dr Bet (URL is Dr.bet, couldn't spot it on your drop down list - 007 slots is selected to make the form go through!) is currently withholding £386 of mine despite being verified. They are refusing to give me a proper explanation, just giving me this load of nonsense -
12.10 - There may be instances when a Player’s gambling patterns need to be investigated prior to authorizing a withdrawal and in such cases delays in processing withdrawals can be expected and for such reasons the Company may not be in a position to provide an explanation as to why a withdrawal is not yet processed.
I have filled an official complaint and asked for my account to be closed and funds to be returned. I'm also going to open IBAS but they've made it clear that they won't give a formal decision until the full 8 weeks has passed and will make it as long/hard as possible.
Is there any chance you could help me out please and give them a poke to get them to pay up? Would really appreciate it.
