Player's Complaint
Still waiting for my withdrawal. Won 620 pounds on 21/08/2020 and sent the documents that they required. On 13th October at 723pm I received a text saying that my withdrawal had been processed. I went onto live chat a week later and they said they require a payslip from me, This was sent on 27th October and I'm still waiting to hear back from them.

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
