Hi DeathDealer,

I've discussed this issue with the operator. While I don't particularly like the practice of advertising any bonus as a no deposit bonus when you will ultimately have to deposit to get a paid out.

However, this aspect of the bonus was detailed clearly in the terms and conditions and was reinforced by a pop-up at the time you claimed the promotion. As such they've not hidden this requirement (that being a deposit being required if you want to withdraw winnings).

I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do to help you in this instance.
