Player's Complaint
I was playing welcome bonus of Dream Vegas 5.2.2021. I made a deposit of 100 euros and got 100 euros bonus for the casino. I played Razor Shark and I got 2787 euros winning after wagering.
The casino has asked the basic documents for account verification. I have sent those. I have even sent the official bank statement. And now the casino is asking the official bank statements of my other bank account?? How is that possible? Doesn’t they have even justified to ask that?
The casino has MGA -license and they are acting like this. I know that I have not broke any rules and they are only kidding with me!
