Dreamz - Refuse withdraw without using Neteller/Skrill

Player's Complaint

I reviewed some casinos at and saw this casino. I read their rules and they stated that you can deposit and withdraw with MasterCard, Visa, Trustly, Skrill, Neteller, EcoPayz, Paysafe Card and more. So in good faith and as I have been an active gamblers for over 15 years I went in, opened an account, made a deposit with my Visa/Revolut of 15000 NOK and only on Jackpot6000. When I was finished playing my total balance was 16000NOK. I tried to withdraw but didn't have any option at all, it was all blank. I contacted livechat and talked with a guy named [EDIT]. He stated that there is no other way to withdraw then Neteller or Skrill.

I told him that I cloed my Neteller and Skrill accounts for many years ago and if we could find another solution. I even told him he could keep the 1000NOK that I won but refund the rest. They still refuse to do anything about it and now my money is locked in their casino.

At best this is very misleading and they should state that there is not possible for me to withdraw with the same method I made a deposit. I have sent Neteller and Skrill an email and trying to reopen my accounts but I do not know if that is possible.

Sorry about the long message. [EDIT] from MGA told me to contact you guys.

Thank you in advance no matter what the outcome will be.

Best regards

Hi drejtesi - welcome to!

As we are the ADR for the MT Secure Trade license under the Malta Gaming Authority license there is certain information we have to provide you now.

You can find all the relevant information about this service here – and the terms of use for our complaint service here -

To summarise.

– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .

– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.

– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).

– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.

If you have any questions about the above, let me know.

I'll contact the operator and see what we can find out for you.
