First of all, as background information, I've been playing at Dublinbet for years and I'm a VIP member with silver status. So far there have been no major problems or irritations. The following facts led to my account being closed for no reason. Without giving the reason by the casino.
On July 6th, 2021 I made a request to Dublinbet regarding my personal data. The inquiry mainly contained the question of game data and financial transactions. My data request is legally secured by the European General Data Protection Regulation. This affects all companies that process and store data in Europe. The data request must be answered within 30 days.
After consulting a service employee, I agreed that the data should only be delivered from 01/01/2018 until today. This was a concession on my part, as the casino has to provide me with all stored data. This partially worked because the game data was sent to me from 01/01/2018.
However, the financial transactions were not sent to me, as actually requested. I wrote this to the service employee by email and pointed out the missing data and the legal deadline. The answer from the service employee was that he forwarded it to the responsible department.
The prescribed 30 days have expired without I have received the missing data.
Based on this, I submitted a complaint to the responsible licensor eGaming Curacao on August 9th, 2021. Unfortunately, this has not yet led to any success or real communication.
I'm still asking the casino for missing financial transaction data and an explanation of why my account was closed.
