Dublin Bet - Casino claims that I violated rule 5.1.13

Ruling

Unresolved - While the operator has failed to provide evidence to support their case, we have significant concerns about this player and multiple others.

Read our Dublin Bet Casino Review.

Player's Complaint

Hello. I can't get a withdrawal. Casino claims that I violated rule 5.1.13, it mentions martingale, doubling and similar systems and strategies, but I don't even know what it is. I am a regular player, I do not use any devices, robots or computer assistants like they claim. Therefore, I wonder on what basis does the casino draw this conclusion? They cannot block my account without evidence, I have the right to know it. I suggest the casino withdraw my $395. Blocking money without explanation is illegal. Or I suggest you return access to my account.

Hi splavslav - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Dublin Bet have indicated that they have concerns relating to specific activities on this account that would be in violation of terms and conditions. However they have failed to provide sufficient evidence to verify the claimed violations.

Independently, we have concerns regarding this complainant.

On these grounds this complaint will be marked as 'Unresolved'.

No further dialogue about this issue will be engaged.
