Found for the Player - After extended dialogue with the operator about this issue this report requires clarification.
The player appears to have made an error. The issue that they submitted a complaint about actually occurred at Casino Estrella and appears to have been resolved. However, during the discovery process for this matter, a second issue - involving this operator voiding of a larger balance - came to light. We can see no legitimate grounds for the operator to have withheld payment and as such this complaint ruling will still favour the player.

Good day! I am in conflict with Dublinbet Casino.
On October 11, 2020, I refilled my account with $ 50 via Skrill. I did not carry out any game activity. The casino unilaterally blocked my account. The funds were not credited to my account. Due to the fact that my account is blocked, I would like to receive funds to my Skrill payment wallet, from which I made a deposit.
I have repeatedly written to the casino in the hope of settling the situation, but the casino does not want to communicate and ignores my messages.
I ask you to help.
