Player's Complaint

I opened an account at dunlinbet 4 months ago.

My account was verified and did not use bonuses

I deposited via neteller ewallet system 500 usd

I requested 1000 to withdraw

After some time the operator [EDIT] showed me there was a typing error

I was born on july 11th 1954 but she said at my personal info there was another date of birth which was july 1st 1994

They alleged I placed false personal data and closed my account

I told them it was a mistake at typing which was not noticed by your security section when they approved my docs

They reach a final decision to close and confiscate

Both me and casino docs section missed when checked my birth date.

Eventhoug I made this

Mistake I would by overage no matter july 1954 or july 1994

What would be my intention to place a false date of birth and sent my docs agter that showing the truth

I expect dublinbet.com changes its resolution and send my 3000 to my neteller account
