because i saw the promotion every monday cash back 10% of net loss maximum 1000 so i try to spend not more than 11k to make sure that at least i am gonna get the cash back . and then after that i loss all of that money i deposit that day.
so after that for about couple hours i don't know what to do so i message to the website that i am lost the money blahblahblah its a bad luck day some thing like that, and then the website close my account permenantly on that day , and i try to talk to them to open up my account because i dont want to close it and i still didnt. get my money cash back10% so i try to explain to them many time and they said no , i got some chat of the customer service that close my account without telling me anything and the email from them that they are not give a shit about my cash back money . i think it is my right i suppose to get that 10% cash net loss money on this coming up monday but now they are close my account. and it s not fair for me
