Dux Casino - blames me for 3rd party, and wont pay out wins

Resolved - Both the submitting complainant and Dux Casino have informed us that this issue has been resolved and the player has received their funds.

Player's Complaint
Dux casino told me i did 3rd party, and because of that they confiscate all my won money closed my account.
I explained that the bank payments ARENT third party, because its a share bankaccount ON NAME, of me and my girlfriend.

AND it isnt possible to withdraw money to the ASN BANK (The Netherlands, because since June of 2020, they dont have the option to login with username and password.
So i tried to withdraw it to my bankaccount whats not shared in name.

Offcourse we can verify with all documents whats needed.
We just want the money what we won, and thats our right!
Because we didnt abuse something.
We Won the money on a right way!
Lucky winners has to be paid to!
Not only receiving money from people.
When i had lost my deposited money, they wont message me with this, and closing my account..
