Dux Casino - Excessive Verification

Found for the Casino - Alongside significant concerns we have about associations between this complainant and a number of other complaints, this player has refused to cooperate with this service to basic information to verify aspects of their claim.

Player's Complaint

I've sent them over 15 documents in order to verify my account and process my withdrawal yet they're now asking for a Decmber payslip after I've already sent them a payslip from January and February on top of loads of other stuff like selfies holding my ID. They have no intention of every paying me my withdrawal.

– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.

Three months of payslips is relatively standard as requests go during a source of funds check. Please provide the requested wage slip and let us know if you are still experiencing issues after this.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel that way. However, part of the agreement that you have entered into when submitting a complaint to this service is that you are accepting our impartiality. If you do not feel that you can agree with that we would recommend that you look to pursue your claim via the court system and we will disengage any further efforts on your behalf. Otherwise, please keep your communications polite and respectful from this point on. You have not been asked to do anything unreasonable in this instance and this service will not serve as a lightning rod for you to target your frustrations at.

Are you confirming that you have submitted all of the payslips that the operator has asked you to submit? As your initial submission implied that you were reluctant to submit your December payslip.

I have no reason to submit another payslip. I have provided 1 and that is enough. That shows the source of my funds for my deposit. This request is excessive, voyeuristic and unnecessary. I am disturbed by their asking for it. It is too personal. What if I just started my job last month and that is the only payslip I have? Why they be forced to pay me then as they've verified all my other documents?

While we appreciate your concerns, the operator are legally required to engage verification processes at different stages.

If you are refusing to comply with a reasonable and standard verification request there is nothing that we can do to assist you. If you change your mind please feel free to let us know once you have provided the requested documentation.

Why are you ignoring what I'm saying? They're allowed to ask for a single payslip. I provided that. They are not allowed to ask for as many payslips as they feel. That is excessive verification purely to withhold my withdrawal. Why are you so insistent on refusing to acknowledge what I'm saying? I hope I'm not speaking with with a crook who's been bribed by sites.

It is your opinion that this request is "excessive". That is not our opinion and nor are the operator outwith their legal rights/responsibilities to make a request of this nature.

If you are not convinced of the integrity of this service you are free to seek a legal resolution via the court system. We however cannot do anything to assist you if you refuse to engage with legitimate and reasonable Source of Wealth requests.

We are going round in circles here. You have twice now stated that you have NOT provided the payslips requested as you do not view the requests as legitimate. As already explained, your opinion on the legitimacy of these requests is not something we can assist you with. So, to be clear, have you provided ALL of the requested payslips?

If not, as already repeatedly explained there is nothing further we can do to assist you until such time as you comply.

We are at this stage required to verify the various aspects of the information that you have provided, including details relating to a Dux Casino account that may/may not exist.

Sadly, if you are not prepared to cooperate with these checks there is nothing further we can do to assist you.
