Dux Casino - Insane Verification Proccess
Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.

They ask me for verification in latin character documents, which I dont have because I live in Greece. I had 1 hour of conversation in chat and I managed to get some documents accepted. Now they need proof of residence, and I only have my Credit Card statement (not the card i deposited with) which I sent to them as a screenshot, and they dont accept it because it's altered (I redacted the 8 middle digits of the card) or they need my tax declaration which also has personal data. I have the chat transcript sent to my email. P.S. (almost 2 hours later) I found another document stating my address (in Greek) and they asked me for a video of me showing my face and the documents!!!(which i did too). This process is insane. I'm now waiting for verification, which will take place next morning.

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 15th of January let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
