Player's Complaint
I've been trying to get my withdrawal since the 6th November, after my fourth time of going on live chat the operator said she was excluding me from all nektan sites for six months I asked her not to but she went ahead and did it anyway, since then I have sent numerous emails and all they keep telling me is it's been sent to the relevant department and they will email me as soon as they hear back from them. We are now coming to the end of the month and I still haven't received it. I just can't get any answers from them.
