Hi , I won money but they declined my winning money because I ask to person helping to translate what they asking me . Because my english is really poor . And they transfer money last deposit and I did ask it i wanted my 3000 to pay out . I was playing in this website from 2013 year and it's unfair was because i nevar was colling to proof my self when i won and this time the wanted speak with me but my English is poor and i use translation person and theh use it against me it's unfair.

I'm afraid there is nothing we can do to assist you in this instance. If you have had someone else pose as you during a security verification phone call, the operator has reasonable grounds to believe that you may not be the person operating the account. Unless you have informed them that you will be using a translator beforehand then there's no case for us to argue here.
