Player's Complaint

On the 21st of November 2016 I deposited £150 at Energy Casino receiving a £150 bonus. I placed several wagers of £5 or less making sure that the terms at the time were not broken at any point. I won and withdrew £2261.58.

I uploaded photos of my passport, postal bank statement, screenshot of my e-wallet page and even a selfie of me holding my passport onto the site and they were all approved.

A few days went by and I emailed to check on the progress of my withdrawal. I was emailed on the 28th of November 2016 and told that the payments department was going to contact me. They never did. I continued emailing them and they never responded. Other than a mountain of junk mail they have completely ignored me for nearly 2 months. So as a last resort I have decided that I have no choice but to seek third party mediation. Thanks for reading.

I have established contact with the operator and they are putting together a response. I would ask for you patience at this juncture as this coming week two of the biggest industry conferences in iGaming take place so both myself and the people I need to speak to are likely to spend less time on their computers. I'll get back to you as soon as I have an answer.
