On the 21st of November 2016 I deposited £150 at Energy Casino receiving a £150 bonus. I placed several wagers of £5 or less making sure that the terms at the time were not broken at any point. I won and withdrew £2261.58.
I uploaded photos of my passport, postal bank statement, screenshot of my e-wallet page and even a selfie of me holding my passport onto the site and they were all approved.
A few days went by and I emailed to check on the progress of my withdrawal. I was emailed on the 28th of November 2016 and told that the payments department was going to contact me. They never did. I continued emailing them and they never responded. Other than a mountain of junk mail they have completely ignored me for nearly 2 months.
