Player's Complaint
Two days ago, I contacted the casino chat, writing in Italian, and asked if I could play without bonuses. I was told I could. I played from Budapest where my partner has deposited the sum of 50 euros and then another 50 for a total of 100 euros. I finished playing, the deposit amount is 160 euros. I proceeded to send copies of documents and credit card and asked for the crediting. Always in the chat I was told that Italians can't play. I pointed out to the employee that he could tell me before I picked up, played and won 60 euros, since I wrote in Italian. I am told that they are deciding. Today in my current account I noticed that the transaction on their account was successful and that is the sum of 100 euros. From the chat they tell me to wait and within two days I would have been contacted. I re-contact the operator in the chat and send me meaningless answers. I asked that I be credited back at least the sum I deposited, since they said I couldn't play. This behavior does not seem to me to be correct. I would not have chosen a casino, among many online sites, knowing that Italians cannot play. I am in good faith. I hope you solve the problem soon because the fairness and the good name of the casino is at stake. I look forward to sending you my best regards. [EDIT]

Hi michele - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Firstly - ThePOGG.com is an English language service and for legal reasons we can only manage complaints in English. I've used Google Translate to translate your message but from now on you need to translate your messages before you post them.
Next as we are the ADR for the N1 Interactive Ltd license under the Malta Gaming Authority license there is certain information we have to provide you now.
You can find all the relevant information about this service here – http://thepogg.com/terms-of-use/ and the terms of use for our complaint service here - https://thepogg.com/terms-of-use-for-dispute-resolution-service/
To summarise.
– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .
– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.
– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).
– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.
If you have any questions about the above, let me know.
Moving on to your complaint, what country did you select when registering your account with EUSlots? Having reviewed the EUSlots registration form Italy does not appear to be an available option:
Thanks,
