I have been trying to withdrawl my money since Feb. I sent in all docs n got them approved have emails saying so. N have been told nemerous times I would be paid this date n that date n nothing happens! So the money I played n won has not been sent to me via Bitcoin. N get no where with customer service

I keep being told my withdrawal is under process n will be done in 3days n that's been since April 2022. NOTHINg ever happens. I don't get paid n if they are not goin to pay me my withdrawal then they need to remburse me the 25$ they made me deposit in order to withdrawl!
