Player's Complaint
Hi. I made a cash out at this casino on 23/05/2020 and immediately realised that it was going to be tough to get my winnings. After 1 month they advised that they couldn’t pay the cash out through koala pays anymore and it had to be bitcoin. I changed the cash out to accommodate this and was told it would be paid within 2/3 business days. I am still waiting now and they do not respond to emails and live chat only ever say
‘You will get your cash out don’t worry’
Also from previous experience I contacted Curaçao egaming for some help who have advised that they are nothing to do with this casino and anything stating so is false and misleading.

As we have told you before, as a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Eurobets Casino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
