I completed playthough requirements on my deposit, sent paperwork to verify my identity, requested a withdrawal for 318.20, and I am still waiting. It will be one full month on Feb 22. Each time I inquire I get the same answer via email or chat…”please wait 2-3 more days”…and nothing happens. I was told on Feb 17th yesterday that finance approved the withdrawal and it would be sent this week…week has come and gone…nothing. My chat yesterday was with a rep who said that it will be sent by the 21st of Feb…if not he gave me the email address of [email protected] to inquire instead of the [email protected]. I hope it is sent by the 21st but they say the same thing…wait 2-3 days more…garbage.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
