Found for the Casino - This player has refused to provide EuroGrand casino with a photo of them holding their ID. These requests are made due to high levels of identity theft specifically to show that it is actually the person on the ID supplying the ID.
As the player is refusing to engage with this very basic security procedure we have no choice but to conclude that this individual cannot comply with it and as such is not the person named on the account.

Here is my story of the game in the Eurogrand Casino!

While I understand your frustration at being asked to provide further documentation, if you refuse to comply with security procedures (i.e. won't provide the requested documentation) there really isn't anything I can do to help you.
If you're prepared to provide the documentation that EuroGrand have requested let me know and I'll contact the casino.
