Thank you too for being an intermediator and for doing all this good work for the online gambling community. Highly appreciated.

Before starting to write any long list of my personal findings and evidence about this incident and Euromoon casino generally, I suggest a very simple and fast route to a solution. I also informed the casino itself about this.

I would like to contest the disputed gameplay for further investigation by the game provider Betsoft. The game round is the following under username: tommoon

I didn't record video or anything of my gameplay to give direct evidence (who does that really?!), but for a few first circumstantial evidence I mention:

- I know and remember very well how I played that night and I didn't stake 45 in any one single round, but only 22.5 and 15 size bets and then some smaller occasionally usually when the balance neared zero.

- 45.00 would be exactly twice my most common 22.5 bet size, which indicates that this one line recorded in the gameplay history may be actually two different rounds mistakenly combined - unless it's really afterward altered by a person, which would be of course downright criminal already.

- For a player, betting only one time 45 size bet towards the end of a winning gameplay just to breach the terms and thus voiding the winnings doesn't make sense. Usually, the truth is there what makes sense and very seldom there what doesn't.

To this, I want to add that this kind of "mistake and correction" in the game history happened to me before some time ago in a different casino while playing a Betsoft-game too. The case was sorted out in my favor and my bonus winnings were returned back to me after the game provider verified this was actually the case. Two different bets were accidentally added together.

One of my concerns in this particular case is though - after searching for information about Euromoon casino online, do they even have a legit contract to provide Betsoft games? If they really are running the games without the consent of Betsoft as rip-offs, I guess this game provider verification is out of the question in that case. But if they have a legit deal to offer Betsoft games, I'm sure Betsoft will be more than happy to verify this one game action for them just like they did in the other past case I mentioned.

I noticed that Euromoon hasn't run some recent Betsoft updates at their site that every other Betsoft casino I know has run already. This makes me just raise a question, is there a problem with getting that from Betsoft? Is the provider deal legit and valid?

But not holding any grudge towards Euromoon at all and not intentionally or maliciously wanting to smear them, I find this a very good and positive chance for Euromoon casino too. I almost pity them after finding how all the major casino review-sites list them as a total rogue casino (Casinomeister etc). If they now ran this verification and co-operated, I think they would deserve a fair uplift to their image and reputation. On the other hand, if they refuse, sadly, I can't see many other routes for them but some kind of final perdition. Seemingly, they have been a very problematic casino online for some time already.

I hope this first briefing will start this investigation well. I'm always capable to provide more information.
