Player's Complaint
Hi ThePogg,
I withdrew funds on 12 Nov 2017 from Europa. On wednesday they said it was released and will be paid to me via easy eft in 24 hours (received this by email). It is now more than 48 hours later and all they say is they will get back to me. No way of tracking the funds or speaking to anyone from the finance team. I have also had to chase up daily which I dont think is fair as they could have sent me updates during this period. Their support team takes ages to respond to queries on live chat and email responses are always vague and seems like a copy/paste job.

Firstly I think you need to be a little patient here and allow the operator some more time before escalating this as a complaint. Your withdrawal size is significant so there will be some checks that need to be done and if you've not already verified your account that will have to happen before any payment is made.
Secondly you need to understand that the operator you're complaining about is routinely non-responsive to complaints posted with this service and as such the chances that we'll be able to help you if there is a problem are low.
I'll check back in with you next week and if you've not received your funds I'll try to contact the operator.
