Casino is not giving me my winnings , I have talked to at least 6 different cust service agents sent emails to the support staff , they asked me to verify my identity I sent all the documents they have requested more than once and keep denying them. They asked me to go into the bank and get a bank statement I went and did that sent it to them and still not giving me the withdraw . I have been asking for my withdraw for at least the last two weeks. They told me to get two different banking apps I also did that the two they said to get were muchbetter and idebit but still no funds ! I am tired of asking and dealing with them I’m getting nothing from them but they had no problem taking my money didn’t want any verification for that though !

Sadly this operator has informed us that they will not cooperate with the management of complaints via this service. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
All we could suggest is contacting the operators ADR, IBAS. Alternatively, if you wished to consider legal action our understanding is that GreenTableLegal.com offer a no win no fee service that specialises in the remote gambling sector.
