Player's Complaint
Hello. More than a month ago, I was lucky to Europalase casino. I won £ 900 playing for small stakes. Deposits were made 5 and 10 pounds, received some bonuses and complimentary spins that have been successfully played out.
But the joy did not last long. After ordering the withdrawal of my account has been blocked. Support service said - we need additional documentation to verify the account. Within a month I was plagued by requests. I provided all required documentation.
As a result, I now get this response:
[EDIT]: I have reviewed your account and can confirm that your account has been locked by our Player Security Department as there were some discrepancies found on your account. Sadly I am not at liberty to discuss the decision that was Taken
