Player's Complaint
Dear Sir or Madam,
I have registered with euslot and made over 10 deposits. After my loss, I gained something back. I would like to withdraw this credit now, but the online casino is giving me verification problems.
I have sent the company (everything up to date) my passport, registration slip, mobile phone bill, extract from social security. However, the online casino refuses to verify my account.
I am also registered with the licensing authority MGA in other casinos and there were no problems with the verification either.
I ask you to contact euslot, to organize my verification and payout.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
