Player's Complaint

Dear complaint team,

I deposited a total of 5000 euros at the EuSlot Casino and won 25000 euros. I was verified everything was fine.

After the first payment of 5000 euros, the casino temporarily blocked me, it was said at the beginning that it was only 24 hours and it was a security check. I've been waiting exactly a month now, have inquired about 20 times and said several times that please connect me with the casino manager, because I always get the same answer "Please be patient". I lost 10500 in their sister casino afterwards in one day and they got the money immediately, so I ask you to help me further. My husband and I have been playing online casino for 5 years and this has never happened to me. I have lodged a complaint with Askgamblers that was not even considered. Please help me otherwise I have to go to a lawyer from Malta next and I really don't feel like it on this stress I've won legally.

The first payout 5000 worked wonderfully. Today I wanted to pay out 5000 again and now their payment has been canceled because they still have to go through the verification process. I wonder how many processes you have to go through here until you get your money, I was verified and then there was a two-month security check. And now you want proof of income :) even though I haven't paid anything anymore. Anyway I sent it the casino said it would only go for an hour now it is 5 hours and nothing happened

Dear the pogg team, I am now waiting a very long time and slowly I am losing faith in the casino. I registered 2 and a half months ago and would be verified 4 days later after full verification I would have to wait two months for a profit review. And then finally after exactly two months I get an email saying: Thank you for your patience, we ask for your understanding. Your account has been activated again and you can now request your payments. Then I paid 5000 everything worked as I wanted to pay the other 5000 then they blocked again and said they want my income to verify my account even though I already did. It was verified and it said in the email that it only takes an hour. The review is now waiting another week. I ask you as ADR judge to keep a clear line here and contact the casino.
