Player's Complaint

I get a mail, warning me a bonus was in my account, free spins, nothing strange i play in several casino and often i have free spins bonus. I found the bonus in my account and activated, won 7 euro, and wagered out 288 euro, at the end had 231 euro or real money. Asked withdraw, had a mail of refuse for other reasons, I gone in my account AND MY MONEY WAS GONE. They told bonus has been given for technical mistake, and so, for their terms and conditions, they could take my money. I think this is not legal. I try this soft way before proceed to report to police, online fraud section, then we see if they can prove the technical mistake to them.

I repeat I play several casino, never happenned a thing so unfair and disgusting.

Please proceed, i repeat, they token me away real money, and then claimed bonus was issued for a mistake. Can they prove about this mistake ? [EDIT] I want my money, and cash it out without other unfair [EDIT] actions, that's all. I play several casino of N1 Interactive, never happened a thing like this.
