I played more than one year roulett in casino eu slot. I lost already more than € 30000. I have bet on 26.02.2021 at € 500. I lost under 3 spins all my money. It was 3 times in succession green (0). It is impossibile. I have never seen anything like it. Please refund me this amount (€500).

I'm afraid to say that seeing 3 of the same number in a row is not an unusual result. The probability of this happening is 1 x 1/36 x 1/36 = 0.0007716, or about once in every 1296 groups of 3 spins. This would not indicate any problem with the fairness of the game.
