Once i had a complain and i wanted to talk to someone from there headoffice but noone ever contacted me.

But now they have really gone to far

When i told the socalled manager from that site that i found out that i had lost allmost 14.000 euro in 4.5 months

And im serieusly thinking of stopping to play with them because of the ridiculoes high loss and i have told them that noone ever try contacting me about my big loss or get to warn me about it or whatever as sort of protection.

The person i was talking to only try to covince me that my luck will change he or she was very serieus trying to covince me to just go on playing because my luck will change they feel it.

I can provide proof.of this trough my emailcontact with them.

I could not even sleep last night.

This to me is a very creepy situation

Proof allso to me that they are totaly NOT about protecting a vulnerable player.

They only keep trying to convince me i must play on because they are sure its just a temporary situation and they feel that my luck will be just around the corner.

There is totaly no protection for a player who loses a lot and they only want them to loose even more and more and deposit more and more.

The amount i lost within 4.5 months me and my partner dont even earn in that time

I did not notice how high my loss was because nobody let me know anything.

I was just depositing and playing.

Only yesterday i found out hoe much it has cost me.

It has cost me all my savings that i had.

And when i let them know that i was serieusly shocked finding out they did not even response in a normal way

They just keep on talking about my luck i will have soon and its around the corner they feel it.

I think this is so creepy that they should be totaly closed a very big warning will not even help i think.

I wish that there was a way for me to get the money back that i lost at that creepy website with those strange talking people.

A day later they tried again trough a personal email adressend to me with my name in it to make me deposit even more i would get a 100% bonus up to 500 euro.

So after i notified them that i was worried and was shocked about how many i could have lost without realising and nobody warning me or asking about it.

They only try to make me deposit more talking about luck and that 3 times in that one conversation.

After i didnt deposit they wanted me an email again personaly with a big bonusoffer of i would deposit again a lot.

I want to get soms serious help with this issue and will even lawyer up iff nescersery because i can proof that they deliberatly tried making me hooked and keep on going on with it even though i lett them know i was thinking about quiting.

I want all the money i deposited back that they with all their tricks allready took from me or at least the biggest part of it.

My answer:

I never had addiction issues

So the question if i indicated that i am a gambling addict i only started playing a few months ago to call someone an addict then is a bit strange

I started playing since januari 7th from this year

But only about a week ago i found out how much

I deposited in that time i did not notice it at all that the amount deposited could be that high.

Uit my behaviour fits an addict then that is what they try ro make me.

No one ever informed me about possibility of exclusion

And or notified me that i was depositing a lot or asked me if i noticed hoe much i was depositing.

The biggest amount i deposited was i think 100 euro at a time i never deposited more.

They kept on luring me with actions and i kept on fallimg for it unfortunatly.

They deleberitly try to make me into an addict

I came to know for sure when i informed them that i came to notice how much i allready lost at their site and they only try to convince me to deposit even more that die me was a very very big warning.

Responsible gambling information is displayed clearly on the operator's website. This is linked to from every page on the site. There is also a section in your player account allowing you to set time outs and self-exclusions.

If you have not indicated to the operator that there is some reason to be concerned about your play, the operator would not be required to proactively look to prevent you accessing their service.

Further to this, the emails above simply indicate that you are unhappy having spent so much. They do not indicate to the operator that you are in financial trouble or struggling to control your actions. Today i am going to find the Professional help that can help me out with these issues.

Allso here in the netherlands we have something walled the KSA its simular to the Malta gaming authority.

Yesterday in not even 24 hours i have made a total of 17 deposites.

Allso It is not allowed to send commercials to someone as if it seems that you can not loose and your a winner die sure.

This allso is a file that they broke of with u allso have the proof.

Keep sending offers even idd you speak out your worried about your playing

Zending very missleading commercials that garantee that you will win for sure a big price.

Allso not allowed to focus on weak players and try keeping convincing to play and deposit because as they say you simply can not loose there sure you will be a winner it will only be the beginning of lots more.

They should detect a problem player and at least talk to him let the person know they they have a troublesome play and/or deposit behaviour.

This weekend i will allso send my complaints to a few other sites to be vieuwed by people

I found a few rules that are from the KSA in the netherlands and casino's who want to have a license there have to follow those rules even iff in the past they did not follow every rule they are not allowed a license and they have to wait for a few years before they can ask for a license again.

I know ive became a victom of the way that they lure people with advertising with falls missleading information and socalled secure winnings.

A while ago i allready wanted contact with the head office but they never contacted me back even while they promissed the socalled manager that they would contact me several times.

I dont like how my life became

I have never had addiction signs or probleem untill now.

KSA requirements are non-relevant in this instance as EUSlots do not hold a KSA license.

By itself the number of deposits you make is not sound grounds to expect an operator to concluded you are a gambling addict. There are many players who do not consider themselves to have a gambling problem who deposit and play frequently, gambling within limits that are managable for them.

You have referenced advertisments that are "misleading" and suggest that you "cannot lose". Can you provide these?

Today i want an answer cause i allready been busy with this issue for a few weeks now and its not getting any better.

Tomorrow i have a next appointment with a lawyer about this matter and the issues from euslot site.

If response and/or sollution does not come today we are thinking of making all the information we found untill now public.

So as i see it They only have a few hours to solve things with me personaly

I want my money back and i have multiple very good reasons for it.

I can not place pictures here but wanted to let know i have enough proof to state my point.

Lawyer allready said to me iff they do not solve it with you and give you a full refund of your deposites the amount of allmost 15.000 euro

The next steps will be going to the hague to Europol devision cybercrime and report them officialy

Yesterday i talked again with the lawyer and we set a deadline that deadline is today.

Because tomorrow i have a new appointment and when this is not solve and i have not been compansated with my money back we are going to persue

Then we will go to the hague this monday to Europol devision cybercrime

The information gathered will be handed to them and allso to the police because then the lawyer will make it a case

My experience i will share with as much sites and as much people as possible

Firstly, with regard to the "Dutch sitenames that their hidden under" - this is irrelevant to your case. You have not discovered anything new here - this is an issue that has been extensively discussed in many places online and relates to rogue affiliates engaged in hacking poorly protected websites and putting in place unauthorised redirections. In many cases, the operators that they redirect to are not even working with the affiliates in question, the links are being placed to maliciously try and create problems for the operator. This matter is non-relevant to your claims here.

You are correct that I have asked for the emails despite your claims that some emails have disappeared. I had assumed, given that you had provided the text from the email, that this email was unimpacted by this issue.

With regard to your claims that all the relevant emails have disappeared - unless you have given the operator the password to your email account there is no possibility that the operator has done anything to any emails hosted by a 3rd party email service.

That being the case, either you are incorrect and the emails are still in your email account, you have deleted them whether intentionally or accidentally, or there is some protocol in place on your account that is seeing mails automatically removed at predefined points.

Moving on - effectively your entire complaint now hinges on a claim that you have received advertising materials that would breach the rules relating to commercial communications, but to date you have been unable to provide any examples of these and are now saying it is impossible for you to do so. We will ask the operator to provide a record of all promotional emails sent to you, but your claim becomes far more challenging to pursue effectively if you cannot provide the material evidence to back-up your claims.

When i first wrote you here about those e-mails at that moment they where still in my email i copied and paste the texsts sended to me here at that time

Only weeks later i have been asked to send the e-mails straight from my email to an emailadres from you.

At that time the e-mails regarding the tournament en the high bonus where gone i dont know how but perhapps hotmail doesnt save e-mails long time that could be.

But iff you at the time that i mentioned it about the tournament would have asked me emidiatly to forward the original email then i would have and could have done that because at that moment the mails where still in my hotmailaccount.

But in the meanwhile that is more then a months ago and the e-mails somehow have dissapeard.

The fatw that i mentioned it to you here on site was june 3th

The date you asked me to forward the mail was june 20th

So there is 17 days in between in that time in my hotmailaccount the specific email was gone.

I can send the mails in wich they keep trying to covince me to play more while i spoke out my worries and told them i was thinking about stopping because of the lange amount spend without even knowing and or realising

I will forward those mails now to the adres you mentioned for they are still in my account because i reacted back on those e-mails

Thank you for your email, but these are non-relevant in terms of your claim. All you did during these exchanges is express dissatisfaction with the amount you had lost. At no point did you indicate to the operator in any way that you were not feeling in control of your gambling or that you could not afford the losses. As such this interaction would not be viewed by the agent as a responsible gambling issue. Many players have similar conversations with operators in an effort to pressure the operator to offer more or better incentives to keep playing.

But trough those e-mails you can see they dont care about players safety or whatever.

At the moment i spoke out my worries they could have mentioned help options or could at least tell me there are ways to put limitation on your spending.

Only thing they did is try vonvincing to play more and more that is deliberatly trying to make someone an addict.

I stopped playing after that last day there at euslot

But that they do not warn new players about spending and limitatuinoptions i find unresponsable behaviour

The name of my claim is no player protection.

That is what i have prooved by providing those last emails they did never mention protection options to me.

So to me its as followed.

They lure people to their site trough false hidden promotional links.

And if you do visit and sign in they dont ever het to want people as they should.

Iff they suspect someone to perhapps have gambling issues they have to talk with that persoon about it.

That the peace of responsibility they got in the rulement of the MGA.

To me its easy of they dont resolved anything with me i will go public with all and mension all on different gambliingsites to warm at least a lot of people to be very carefull when you fall doe such a thing because when you do got issues no Ine will help you no matter where you try to get your right

If they would just give me at least the last 750 euro back that i deposited after Being falsly misledd by missleading advertisement promissing inevitable winnings it would show a little decency from their site

But i am only going to wait this week and then thats it of still no offer has been made from their site to resolved anything with me then i am going to train contact with lawyer and will look what steps i can take next to get the case to court.

Cause of is allready taking wat to long and no Ine response to me from. N1 unlimited LTD. And/or softswiss while both if them are informed and both should have allready contacted me but i dont hear anything from either of them

So they dont care about their players/costumers at all

Too bad i dont hear from you or anyone ellse.

I was willing to accept it when they would have only given me back the 750 i deposited the last day that i fell for their trickery and false promises.

At this moment this is going on about 2 months now and still no one from any site euslot n1 interactiv LTD. Or softswiss has even contacted me about the mather.

Ive had more then enough patience but my patience is Being tested and i dont like that at all.

I want reactions from the involved partys even iff its just as proof that there has even been contact between you and them because you are the only one who has written to me and i dont have any proof of contact in trying to help me with them.

Allso i wonder why you have never mentioned the site greentablelegal to me.

Iff i dont hear anything from any party involved and/or they dont want to give me anything back at all TODAY then i am going to have to take next steps and call in the direct help from green table legal and contact the MGA directly because how they work and how they dont even react to anything is not acceptabel at all they are hiding and trying to wait iff i dont persue at all cause they think that i would give up eventualy if things take this long.

I know im right i know they break multiple rules i know they hide from their responsability i know they dont care at all about players/costumers.

And i think that their way of handling complaints is to just dont mail people back at all

Today i am free from work and i will wait just this day to see if i get a normal response from any off them that i am waiting for for allmost two months now.

I am not gonna just give up while i know that its my godgiven right to demand my money back after the way that they treated me cheated me and never told me anything about limitations never asked me anything about my very very much deposites in short time i did not notice at all and i never expected it to be that much because i thought there were restrictions that would allow people to deposit a maximum amount of 1000 euro per month so i thought i did not ecceed that maximum amount of 1000 euro therefor i could have only lost a maximum of 4500 in 4.5 months

But it was much much more allmost everything i had in my bankaccount i only discovered this when i could not pay my bills any more because there was not enough money in my bankaccount.

I want this resolved as fast as possible because my patience is at its end now

Having discussed this matter with the operator we managed to locate the Mermaid's Gold Tournament email and it is indeed non-compliant with the standards required of commercial communciations. As such, you will be received a refund of all deposits from the 1st of June until the end of the tournament, totaling €748.

Please let us know when you have received this refund.

Normaly when you ask for a payout at euslot it is transfers the same day

Normaly

Because now [EDIT] vip manager says its gonna take longer because the payment does not come from them but from their head office.

So still i dont know anything and i had counted on it to be today so now again a new problem with my rent because i still have to pay them 350 and i told them this morning that this afternoon i finaly can pay them.

So now my worries arent even a bit less.

They have deposited 748,25 to my bankaccount.

So at least a little part of their faults are resolved because its just the money i lost on the last day that i fell for their tricks.
