Player's Complaint
Yesterday I played in this casino, won money and applied for withdrawal. At night, I received a message from the casino support service stating that my account was temporarily blocked, will contact me soon. I wrote in the chat, they said to wait, they did not let it be known in time. Please understand what the reason for the blocking, I would like to quickly solve the problem and withdraw the money won.

With the greatest of respect I do understand how frustrating account verification can be but I think you need to give the operator a little more time to resolve this on their own before asking a 3rd party to intervene. If you haven't successfully verified your account by Friday the 9th of August let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
