Player's Complaint

Hello. I have to complain about the Everum casino. I sent my documents to the casino for withdrawal. I got a chat response that my account was verified and I could withdraw my money. The next day, the casino requested a passport photo, with the date and name of the casino. I provided it.

4 days ago, I received a letter that my account was blocked. The casino explains the lock is very strange.

It 's part of a letter from the casino. "The rules of our casino prohibit the creation of more than one account, as well as the use of bonuses (which include playing in free tournaments) by relatives, or using one IP address, computer or other device without the written permission of the Company.

Because you repeatedly violated these rules, we were forced to block your account and confiscate the funds won." These are strange charges. I sit at home in quarantine, playing from my own computer. No one but me uses the name. Moreover, if the casino believes that I repeatedly violated the rules, why did they ask for a lot of my documents? I suspect they just don 't want to give me my money.
