Hello! So what happened next
I registered 6.8.2019 and deposit 100 euros and I get 100 euros welcome bonus also. After I play and wager my bonus I have 1151,60 euros to my account and I make withdrawal.
Then I normally verify my account and everything else, but then suddenly they send me email that they will forfeit my winnings and return only my deposit to the account.
And they send me this,

It is not possible that I have multiple accounts there. I play with my iPad and I shared the internet on my own phone. So what they are blaming me cant be true. I dont know what the IP is when you share the internet on your phone, but I dont have multiple accounts there or anything like that. So, I hope that you can help me to get my winnings, because they belong to me and you are the reason that I play this casino....
Everum Casino have provided sufficient evidence to demonstrate multiple accounts have indeed claimed the sign-up bonus through the IP address used by this player alongside other associating factors shared by the account. As such the operator are within their rights to withhold payment. We will take no further part in the representation of this player's claim.
