Everum - Money won deducted

Ruling

Found for the Casino - This player has breached the maximum allowed bet term while playing with a bonus. As such there is nothing we can do to help them.

Read our Everum Casino Review.

Player's Complaint

I made a deposit for 40 euros and I won 450 euros after having bet 40x the bonus, then I made a deposit of 10 euros for skrill to be able to make the withdrawal and in the end they took all my earnings I do not recommend it at all.

This is the email they sent me:

Unfortunately while checking your betting history we noticed that you breach bonus terms

For this reason we have to cancel your withdrawal and deduct 450.21 EUR from your account. You can request new cash out for the amount of your initial deposits.

Hi thehulk - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Before we go any further, did you break any of the bonus terms?

Hi thehulk,

I've reviewed your game history with Everum Casino. You deposited €40 and received €40 bonus with a wagering requirement of €1600.

After placing €601.50 of compliant bet you started wagering €3.40/spin. The maximum allowed bet with a bonus is €3. Unfortunately, that being the case, the operator are within their rights to void the bonus contract and reset both parties to starting conditions.

Sorry we could not be of further help.
