Player's Complaint

I am currently blocked in almost all MGA casinos as i am diagnosed with gambling disorder, bipolar and postpartum depression. I do not have mental control to stop. I have been on medications backed up by prescription and notarized medical certificate. I humbly ask that you help me recover the funds due to me being self excluded legally and mental incapacity.

Hi Babyshopph,

The MGA license does not require a self-exclusion at one of their properties to extend to all MGA licensed properties. For a self-exclusion to be applicable at Everum Casino you would need to have requested it at Everum Casino. Did you do that?

I self excluded already but not before deposits have been made. However, i am appealing due to the fact that i have a medical condition with valid notarized medical certificate and a legal letter disallowing acceptance of deposits which has been sent to everum previously.

Hi Babyshopph,

If you have not informed the operator of your medical condition before the play in question, the operator would not be held responsible for any losses you experience. Any wins that had resulted from your play would have been considered legitimate. Likewise your losses would stand. It is only in a situation where the operator are aware of your addiction issues that they would have a legal obligation to take responsibility for your actions.
